Basically, there are 3 key terms to form Geometry design. There are Points, Lines, and Planes. Points are dots which create location of design. Points can be expressed with joints of our human body. Lines connect dots. Lines can be my leg lines or spine line. And, then Planes are flat surfaces can be introduced by 3 dots and lines. This is an improvisational movement practice where we will act out a few different life cycles. I personally find this very useful when I feel stuck in a life phase. Viewers are encouraged to follow along and to come up with their own ideas to act out later. This should be fun for anyone of any age and physical ability- the first life cycles the student and I acted out were plants! I feel like nudity can be very freeing especially in this practice. I also act out a more grim ending for a bird in my second life cycle, which was cathartic, but content warning for that! -NYV0123D
