Naked Yoga To Improve Confidence 3 (NAKED YOGA SCHOOL®) with Avartana
Practicing in the nude can add surprisingly positive effects on one’s confidence! Although people think nudity can be embarrassing, allowing oneself to be vulnerable can be a brave experience that invokes strength and a greater sense of capability. This yoga class is designed to help give you more confidence, power and grounding! We will be focusing on (power) postures and movements that work on the root chakra which helps with feeling grounded and secure, which in turn will help us feel more confident. We will also work on the solar plexus which is the area where we store the energy of the body. This will help us feel more powerful. If there is any painful or pinching sensations- stop or ease off of the movement- especially if we are interlacing our fingers behind our back and your wrists aren’t able to do the movement. -NYV0206B
