Naked Yoga for Seniors 9: Chair Naked Yoga! (NAKED YOGA SCHOOL®) with Collibrina
This is a Gentle Chair Naked Yoga, a style of yoga that is perfect for senior citizens or anyone currently with limited mobility and/or no previous yoga or exercise experience. This first class is done entirely while sitting in the chair, though we do gently move all four limbs. In this first class we begin at the beginning by building a stable foundation sitting in the chair and learning the essential principle of yoga: connecting breath with movement. We go on to focus on moving the spine, the literal back bone of all our yoga poses. Slow and step by step, this class can be your starting point for developing a new yoga practice and a healthier posture. This is a slow paced and gentle class that will get your body moving without pushing you too far. It is also a good class for a break during a work day, as the entire class can be done sitting down. This class is great for getting a bit of activity in your day and boosting your circulation. -NYV0203B
