Today, we focus on shoulder opening poses that open the heart as well, so with regular practice you’ll feel emotional benefits as well as physical ones. It is centered around the rotator cuff, which is the group of muscles and tendors which surround the shoulder joint. By doing this short video, you can assist mobility in your shoulders as well as do some calming yet energizing breathing exercises.
