RAGE NAKED YOGA 4 (NAKED YOGA SCHOOL®) with Avartana
If you feel anger, rage, or frustration and would like to move through that energy in class. This is the class for you! We are all experiencing a lot right now and sometimes we need to find ways to channel those emotions in order to relieve and release them. This practice is great for just that! It uses our traditional yoga postures and invites you to use the energy you’re feeling to build up some heat/fire with the intention to release it.
This class is designed for when you are feeling frustrated or angry and you want to let out some of that built up anger. We will start with some brisk movements to help release that energy and then we will also incorporate some calming and relaxing postures and movements to help activate the parasympathetic nervous system which will calm down our nerves and relax us.
