So, you got a foot injury! Well, no problem! I will show you how to do yoga even if you have a foot injury and can’t stand on your foot! We will work mostly on the floor, today. You might need to adjust certain poses because all injuries are unique and require different care.
We will start with a meditation on our backs to arrive here on our mat, then do a few passive back bends and then go through several poses for leg flexibility including thread in the needle and happy baby.

I demonstrate different moves to open the hips, strengthen the muscles with active flexibility, and get those inner thighs fit and sexy flexy. This skill is great for dancers because flexibility improves range of motion, meaning they can just move better, flow easier. This move for me anyway even helps with lower back pain.
