RAGE NAKED YOGA! (NAKED YOGA SCHOOL®) with Elle Tulle + Ashley
If you feel anger, rage, or frustration and would like to move through that energy in class. This is the class for you! We are all experiencing a lot right now and sometimes we need to find ways to channel those emotions in order to relieve and release them. This practice is great for just that! It uses our traditional yoga postures and invites you to use the energy you’re feeling to build up some heat/fire with the intention to release it.
Sequence Summary: Breathwork, Lion’s Breath, Mini spinal arch, Heel Rocks, Tabletop, Cat/Cow, Downward Facing Dog, Core Exercises, Forward fold spirals w/punches, Sun Salutations, Modified or full Vinyasa Flows, Standing Side Stretch, Leg punches, Lunges, High Lunge w/Cactus Arms, Warrior 2, Reverse Warrior, Wide Legged Forward Fold, 3 Legged Dog, Goddess Pose, Sphinx, and Cool Down. -NYV0181A
