These yoga exercises will help you to achieve robust physical health. Each yoga exercise will be performed 21 times and are intended for intermediate to advanced students of yoga. However, modified versions are included for those who are still developing strength or balance. Once you are familiar with the movements, these yoga exercises can be performed in approximately 5-10 minutes. The range of movements vary greatly and will work your entire body.
