Naked Workout Using Bodyweight! (NAKED YOGA SCHOOL®) with Cecil

No dumbbells? No problem. This workout uses your body weight for an effective full body toning. After a gentle warm up, we’ll transition into EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) as we go from 5 all the way to 15 reps per minute. We’ll end with a cardio blast to really kick that heart rate into high gear. Expect lunges, plank walkouts, sit ups and more in this video. Focused towards intermediate fitness levels.
