The myth of yoga is that you need to be flexible. That is so false! In fact, many yogis were not flexible until they began practicing yoga. Flexibility is desired by many but few understand how to attain it. This class will provide you with a sequence to help deepen your flexibility. Understand that flexibility is contingent on consistency. The more consistent you are with stretching the easier it will be for your body to go deeper as you stretch. Join this class as we work on expanding our mobility and deepening our flexibility!
(This class begins with the assumption that you are fully warm already and do not require any warm up. Please make sure you already warm and have stretched before joining this class. It is meant to be the most intense part of class.)
