(Level: Strong Beginners)
In this class, you will get to workout Every Part of Your Body! We will practice yoga poses utilize a variety of muscles in your body. The benefit of a total body workout is efficiently strengthening and stretching the body without having to have an isolated focus on just one part, like the arms or legs. Instead, as you work one part of your body, that part as well as other surrounding it will feel the benefits of this exercise. This practice will strengthen the core, triceps, hamstrings, glutes, and other muscles.
