Today, I will teach you how to open up your shoulders and strengthen them! So, you can have a better Handstand and gain flexibility of shoulders!
I will teach you how you can condition your shoulder muscles to have a better range of motion, and that would help you preventing from injuries.
You might have seen advanced yoga practitioners can do those crazy stuff like super flexible and super strong poses and post on Instagram and YouTube. But often people don’t realize is that how much they train their muscles and condition to be like that. So, if regular person try to do something crazy poses like that, they can get injury easily. Even I have had an injury on my shoulder once, and that was because I wasn’t training enough and not conditioning my shoulders to be flexible enough and strength. So, today, I will teach you how to avoid that mistake I did!!!
I will start from easy beginner movement and then gradually work up to more advanced movement. If you can’t follow my advanced movement, that’s totally OK. Just always listen to your body, so that you wouldn’t get injury. Let’s begin!
