Naked Yoga for Seniors 4 (NAKED YOGA SCHOOL®) with Cecile
Exercising doesn’t have to be intimidating or only for a certain group. Enjoy this non judgemental 27 minute exercise geared towards the Elderly or those unable to do intense workouts. There will be 6 seated exercises such as cross body twists, modified crunches and seated marching. Then we will move onto 5 standing exercises involving semi squats and supported leg raises. After repeating these, we will move on to a 5 minute cool down stretch. -NYV0161B
