Naked Yoga for Posture 2 (NAKED YOGA SCHOOL®) with Cecile

In our current world, we spend so much time hunched over our laptops, cell phones and on the couch. This 20 minute workout will provide gentle stretches and exercises for a full body stretch to improve current posture, and prevent future posture issues. Join me as we explore cat cows, thoracic spine twists, hip flexor stretches, and shoulder deeping work. This workout isn’t meant for a heavy sweat, but to act as a slow and steady stretch session. Repeat this exercise multiple times to see maximum and changing results in how you carry yourself in day to day life. -NYV0161A
