Today’s class is for gardeners, musicians, artists, etc: anyone who has an intense activity that uses their hands and upper back a lot. We will be exploring different stretches that will help you relieve any extra tension and prevent injuries. Make sure you are breathing in the intensity of the stretches and follow your own body sensations so you know your limits.
