Does your back bother you? Do you often wake up feeling stiff or achy? This is the perfect yoga session for you! Today, I will take you through a series of yoga poses designed to strengthen your back muscles, release tension and keep a good posture! In this class, you’ll be working on your spine and the upper , middle and lower back muscles. Welcome to all levels.
