Are you craving that round, firm tush? Well, look no further. This 42 minute video focuses solely on your lower half, and uses small pulses and movements to raise our heart rate and burn out those muscles.
We’ll explore 5 exercises (such as reverse leg lifts and fire hydrants) on our Left side, before repeating on our Right. 5 more exercises sends us into an inner and outer thigh workout, and completing our workout with 5 more standing squat moves. This toning and sculpting exercise will leave you craving more! This class is great for most fitness levels. (Those will knee problems should provide extra padding as many moves will be centered in “table top”)
