Join me for a 30 minute, high-energy, creative workout! This video is a great for group exercise and to keep things fun and silly (workouts don’t have to be too serious y’know ;)) I’ll call out two choices, for example: Apples or Bananas and then whichever one you pick, you’ll do the designated exercise that’s paired with it for 60 seconds!
