Naked Yoga for Seniors 6: Chair Yoga! (NAKED YOGA SCHOOL®) with Wara + Ashley
Today’s practice is a naked chair yoga exercise I designed for myself, when I was not quite strong enough to do a full traditional yoga routine. This can easily be modified to serve those who are sitting at work all day, traveling, or otherwise do not have the energy or ability to go to the gym. No equipment is necessary beyond a chair, and as always consult your care team before embarking on new exercises.
