Naked Yoga for Knee Injury Recovery! (NAKED YOGA SCHOOL®) with Collibrina
If you are recoveriing from Knee Injury, but you wanna try out some naked yoga, this is the video for you! This class is great for reintroducing some gentle movement into your routine after some time recovering from a knee injury. I will show you how to do yoga even if you have a foot injury and can’t stand on your foot! We will work mostly on the floor, today. You might need to adjust certain poses because all injuries are unique and require different care. This is a modification of some traditional vinyasa poses made easier but taking away pressure on the knees and doing the poses reclining rather than standing, sitting, or kneeling. This is a very slow class and I will focus on a meditative state of mind that will speed your healing process of your injury. -NYV0203A
