Today, I focus on Deep Flexibility. I begin yoga stretching from easier poses, and then, gradually, go deeper into more advanced flexibility poses.
I will also guide you what to-do and not-to-do for people who are not very flexible.
When you are doing yoga for stretching, it’s very important to breath into stretch and relax your muscle to open up the area. Please don’t rush. Take your time! Actually, in our daily life, there are many opportunities for stretching. I stretch everywhere as matter of fact. I do stretching on chair. I do stretching while riding subway.
