Naked Hip Opening Yoga Flow 3 (NAKED YOGA SCHOOL®) with Collibrina + Elena
This is a slow and deliberate yoga sequence to open up those tight hips where we can store emotional tension or release tightness from constant sitting. Stretching hips can reduce risk of lower back problems. It is recommended for anyone who has done yoga at least a couple of times before, all the way up to advance levels. A block (not a hard one) is recommended for this class which will begin with some gentle seated poses working up to straddling, some vinyasa practice and then return to seated posing at the end to observe the progress made. -NYV0172A
