Naked Yoga For Headaches 2 (NAKED YOGA SCHOOL®) with Abi + Ashley
Yoga and stretching may help alleviate headache pain. Let’s relieve tension through movement and breath work! Stretches that open the shoulders, chest, and neck can bring blood flow to your head. Yoga can help target stress and tension. Certain poses can boost blood circulation and improve blood to the brain. The first part is something you can do at home and the self massage part you could do it anywhere when you are sitting, in the train or at work for example. You can also use a little bit of coconut oil with one drop of peppermint and/or lavender essential oil and it will help make the massage even more relaxing. -NYV0173B
