Naked Foam Rolling 7: How to Use Foam Roller! (NAKED YOGA SCHOOL®) with Elle Tulle
Foam Roller is a great DIY tool to help you work through some of the tension in various parts of your body. If there’s an area in your body that normally holds alot of tension or has what feels like knots in it foam rolling those spots regularly will help release some of that build up. It’s important to roll on the soft tissue and not on your bones/joints. Foam rolling is a great practice to help you get more in tune with listening to your body. There are great health benefits including but not limited to releasing muscle tension, increasing blood flow, strengthening your immune system etc. We will be doing exercises on these areas of the body: Upper shoulders, IT Band, Hips, Upper Back, Neck. -NYV0157
