The same yoga that’s good for your body is equally good for your face — but only if you apply the principles and practices. This introductory video uses emotional expressions to familiarize you with the mask of your face. Emotional expressions can get “stuck” and become a fixed part of your facial mask. This unconscious communication effects the way you’re perceived by others. Face Yoga helps ease the tension in your face muscles that also contributes to wrinkling and the appearance of aging. Starting with full body movements to warm you up and connect you to your emotional body language, Face Yoga continues with an exploration of facial expressions and intentional gestures to soften the mask you wear every day, revealing the naked face that lies underneath.
