Yoga blocks are beneficial to everyone whether you are new or advanced in this practice. By learning to use blocks appropriately you learn how the body moves and help with body alignment. Blocks are also help deepen your stretch and help you reach some of your yoga goals by essentially brining the ground closer to you.
