This yoga props exercise video is good for people with limited flexibility in the outer hips and ribs, and for beginners working on proper alignment. This short and simple sequence will demonstrate how to use yoga blocks for trikonasana series (triangle, pyramid and revolved triangle) and parsvakonasana (side angle pose). These poses are very common in vinyasa and hatha-style yoga classes, but can be especially difficult for beginning practitioners to grasp.
