Ever wanted to learn how to split? In this extra bendy class we’ll work on a routine to lengthen the inner thighs, hamstrings, and quads to prepare for a full split and straddle. You might not make it all the way to the floor in this lifetime or the next but we’ll have a lot of fun trying! We’ll be sure to build some strength in our lower body before diving into the deep stretches and hip openers. Stability is at the heart of mobility, this balanced flow will bring you safely toward your body’s fullest version of a split. Works best when done daily.
