I grew up with the worst back possible, so I love a full body top to bottom release and workout of the back. In this video, you’ll slowly workout your neck, shoulders, upper back, front body, spine, lower back, and hip sockets. One by one. Learn and explore your body as I explore mine and give your hard working back some lovin’. Many of us who work on our desk or stand all day may suffer from lower back pain. This can be caused because you may have a week core and a wrong alignment. Yoga can help alleviate the pain and help lengthen the spine. Engaging your core centers your entire body. Without a strong core, the body compensates with other muscles creating aches and pains. By engaging the proper muscles and alignment can reduce and take away the pain. -NYV0193C
