Resistance bands are such a useful piece of workout equipment. It’s great for those recovering from injuries and are unable to use heavy weights, such as dumbbells. Plus, they take up very little space. Tie a knot in your band to create your own tension and carve your own journey with this 40 min full body resistance band workout.
