Naked FULL BODY Workout Using Household Items! (NAKED YOGA SCHOOL®) with Cecile
If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s that sometimes the best gym is the one in our own home! Ditch your equipment, and substitute everyday household items for this 38 minute workout.
You’ll need: two water bottles, two paper plates, and a small bag of rice/lentils!
All levels welcome as we do 10 minutes/10 exercises with paper plates such as plank slides, and mountain climbers. Then we will transition into a water bottle arm workout involving weighted arm circles, pulses, and Superman pose. We’ll finish strong with our rice and lentils using them for deep squats, plank pass throughs, and balancing on our back for pushups. -NYV0159D
