Do you ever experience wrist pain? If so, then this exercise is perfect for you! We will spend 38-minutes focusing on our core with ZERO planks. That’s right, ZERO!    This exercise is friendly for all fitness levels and will involve a short warmup, followed by 10 challenging    exercises repeated for 3 rounds. All core work will be in the “HIIT” style (High Intensity Interval Training) of 45 seconds of hard work, with 15 seconds to recover. Expect bicycle crunches, leg drops, flutter kicks and more in this fast and efficient core workout. -NYV0159A
