Feel yourself transported and calm as Collibrina demonstrates an approach to making three different kinds of tea that is concentrated on the practice of mindfulness. Mindfully making and drinking tea would improve concentration in other tasks, as well as reducing anxiety and depression. This video focuses on tea and is in the role-playing style.
