Having had the opportunity to teach children yoga in an after school programme it was shocking to see how many adults simply saw the goal of the class as to DISCIPLINE the children. Looking at the sad sack adults on the street and wondering what had become of the bright spirits they were decades ago, I realized we get on the wrong track at a pretty young age.
