Do your wrists bother you? Are your forearms feeling tense? I will help you strengthen and loosen your joints in this class. We will be doing a series of mouvements that help reinforce your ligaments as well as relax any tense muscles in the wrist area. If you really want to see good result, I suggest doing this everyday for at least a month. I recommend who works with their hands a lot.
