Naked Yoga for Healthy Thyroid Gland! (NAKED YOGA SCHOOL®) with Abi + Fae
Today, we practice yoga poses that may help stimulate thyroid gland. Most people with slow metabolism, who get cold easily or digest slowly might have a slower working thyroid. Through the series of poses in this class, we will stretch and engage the throat a lot because it is where the thyroid gland is situated. There will be a lot of back bends as well as some shoulder stand, headstand and other upside down poses. The point is the stretch the neck area and also bring a lot of blood flow around that region. This class is also good for all levels of yoga as even the hardest poses have adaptations for beginner level students. -NYV0152B
