For many of us life is very busy and hectic and finding the time to exercise and keep our bodies moving in a mindful way can be challenging. This easy sequence is for anyone that wants to get in some yoga while on the go! It’s great for traveling by bus, train, or plane. It is essential we move with intention each day and even if you can’t make it to class you can still take a few minutes during your commute to practice yoga.
In this practice you will move through the following poses:
Head and neck stretches,
Seated Revolved twists,
Seated Forward folds,
Seated Half Sun,
Seated Modified Sun A,
Seated Half monkey pose/ pyramid pose,
Seated Figure Four,
Seated Heel raises,
Revolved Chair pose,
Seated Extended revolved chair pose.
