This practice is good for people with jaw tension, anxiety.
Soft tissue manipulation is a vital part of maintaining a healthy body – it helps to relax tight muscles and connective tissue, assist in the body’s cleansing processes, and release endorphins to soothe an overactive nervous system. However, issues such as time, affordability and comfort level can prevent us from scheduling a professional massage. This video will demonstrate techniques for massaging the face, ears, neck and shoulders, and is especially useful for people suffering from tension headaches, neck and shoulder pain, and people who tend to clench or grind their teeth. These techniques can also be used at the first sign of an upper respiratory infection, as they help to encourage movement and drainage of the lymphatic fluid. Please be sure to drink plenty of water following your massage to assist the excretory system. NYV0059B
