So, you are warmed up and ready for some lift and carry your partner, ha.
In this class, we will show you a lot of weight barring to get used to having someone else’s weight on us and how to make our body light when we are lifted.
We will explore what poses can be done safely with two practitioners!
It will be easier if you are already familiar with yoga poses.
By the way, you will need a friend to practice with you. Ask your roommate!
