Good morning! Today, we will guide you simple stretches you can take when you wake up in the morning and are still in the bed! Before you even get your day started you can move through these postures right in your bed to get your blood flowing and set some intentions for how you’d like to move through your day. This class will lead you through a few simple stretches you can take at your own pace to wake & warm your body up. We will do the following: Pranayama Breathing, Svasana, Fully body stretch, Wrist and ankle circles, Opposite Arm/Leg stretch, Cannonball (hugging the knees), Reclined Hip Opener Twists, Reclined Hip Openers, Child’s Pose, Chid’s Pose Arm Variation w/Side Bends, Tabletop, Cat & Cow, Thread the Needle, Revolved Tabletop, Sphinx w/Head rotations, Half Frog Pose, Body shifts forward & back, Arching & pointing the toes, Reclined Bound Angle Pose, Happy Baby w/variations, Reclined twists with legs, Reclined Pigeon Pose.-NYV0170B
