This class is dedicated to inversions! We will break down the mechanics of going upside down and inverting. We start with the basics and slowly build from there. If you’ve never inverted before this class is for you! If you’ve inverted before but want some pointers or new ways to invert, this class is for you! Inversions are for everyone. This class is ONLY for those whose bodies are already warm and ready for movement. Please do not try any of these inversions without fully warming up your body.
