Merry Christmas! Enjoy the best meal of the year by preparing your body for the Big Eat! Eliminate the discomfort of acid reflux + digestive symptoms with this gentle, easy flow. Relaxing postures that will clear your system in preparation for Christmas dinner OR keep the flow going after you’ve indulged. Today’s yoga will help your digestive system getting more energy from blood flow. We will also practice self massage which will help move things that might be stagnant. This would be great after a long trip when the stress of traveling can slow down digestion. It would also be good after a big meal if you have over indulged yourself.
