Are you sitting all day at a desk? Have you been sitting in your car for a while because of a long drive, and you didn’t get to stretch enough? Let’s fix that stiffness and undo that spine compression together! These are a series of poses that help undo long term sitting during activities such as driving long distances or working at desk all day. These poses will assist with circulation and fixing stiffness from sedentary activities. You can do these stretches before your work day, during a break in between work, or after your work day is over.
