Today, I like to demonstrate Hand Mudras and Intuitive Movement/Meditation. Hand gestures can activate different themes and catalyze various energies in our lives. This is a grounding video that helps you tap into your highest self in connection with the Earth. We review the Mudra of honoring, transformation, offering, receiving finally returning the energy to the Earth. I also give you an introduction to meditation and end with a mudra on abundance. This is a beginners video and it’s very fun and simple to follow along. It is a great practice to incorporate into everyday life. There is very light movement in this video.
