Do you need an inspiration and more creativity in your day? I got a perfect practice for you, today! I will inspire you to be creative with your body while flowing between different yoga poses including downward dog, forward folds, half moon, low lunge and half split!
This is a nude yoga class where you might want to put some music on because we are going to do yoga and some dance movements. You can put on a playlist you like and follow the instructions along. This is good for beginners and advanced students. Let’s begin!
