It’s swimming season! Yoga is great for swimmers. Yoga gains strength and flexibility for their bodies. Often, swimmers are tight in their shoulders, hamstrings, and hips. So stretching out these parts of the body as well as strengthening the core and back and hips. Asanas help tremendously in boosting performance and decrease the chances of injury.
