Protecting oneself from knee pain can prevent arthritis, discomfort, and general debilitating pain in daily life. These are a variety of yoga exercises geared specifically towards strengthening the joins and muscles surrounding the knees: the Quads (located on the front of the thighs), the Hamstrings (located on the backs of thighs), the Adductors (located on the outside of thighs) and the Abductors (inner thighs).
