This class is dedicated to those who menstruate. Being on your cycle can be a very challenging time and it may feel counterintuitive to move during your cycle but more often than not it feels amazing when you do! This is a class that offers a few postures you can explore that will relieve some of your pain and discomfort. These exercises are great for bloating, cramps, aches, back pain, etc.
*If you are not on your cycle you are welcome to participate in this gentle flow but it was designed for those on their period*
