The Front Splits Pose is a flexibility Pose which you extend your legs front and back flat to the floor.
This is an advanced flexibility training video to finally get your Front Splits flat to the ground.
I start off easy, then teach you how to do advanced moves once the beginner sequence becomes easy for you.
I suggest you to focus on individual muscles at a time. Always listen to your body, and relax into the stretch.
