Many of us work behind a desk all day. It creates a lot of strain on our bodies. Between are wrists and postures, it can lead to many aches and pains. Flow with me in this series to stretch out the body and work on engaging our core and chest openers. Let me help alleviate some of your pain and to advise on stretching the body for better posture and back and wrist pain. A tip for many desk workers when you are at the desk is using a yoga/pilates ball to sit on for a couple of hours a day to keep the posture straight and to engage your core. -NYV0099B
